Shipping & Delivery Policy
Whenever you place an order on the Knifeprint, you can expect a confirmation email with all purchase details. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with your Knifeprint Account or used during the checkout process.
Orders placed before noon are processed within the same day and dispatched for shipping within 6-15 business days.
When you place an order after noon, it is processed on the following day and dispatched for shipping within 6-15 business days.
N.B: We do not fulfill orders to these countries:
- North Korea
Customers are solely responsible for complying with all rules, laws, and regulations in their respective countries regarding the shipment of knives/knife blanks. Knifeprint is not liable for any such inconveniences during shipping.

"All orders are shipped via FedEx. Average shipping time after an order is dispatched is 5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
How to Track your Order
The status of your order can be tracked on your Knifeprint Account. Customers can view the progression of their orders from the moment the order is placed, processed, dispatched, and shipped to deliver.
Who pays for International import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, Knifeprint has no control over these charges. Customs determine these charges and Knifeprint has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
My package has been shipped but not delivered yet. Why?

We may ocassionaly run offers which include shipping. You can stay up to date with such offers by subscribing to our newsletter.
Returns and Refunds
Knifeprint aims to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you would like to return your order please Contact Us at [email protected] first. Packages are valid for return within 10 days of the original delivery. As each knife blank delivered is unique, we do not allow returns for full refunds. If you are disatisfied with the product please contact us at [email protected] and let us know what is the issue. If we can determine there is a clear fault with your order caused by Knifeprint we may offer a partial refund or discount coupon.
When Can I expect a refund?
We don't withhold refunds. Refunds are normally processed within 2 working business days after the returned goods are inspected and approved.
